The Wisconsin Coalition for Person Directed Care is excited to bring you our first webcast titled "Changing The Way We Care". This webcast is about 25 minutes long so can be viewed by all facility staff. The discussion in the webcast focuses upon why culture change in nursing homes needs to occur, and how culture change (person directed care) is different from what we are currently doing.
